Refund Policy
Overview
Salt Creations offers refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged Shipment: If the product arrives damaged.
- Expired or Defective Products: If the received products are past their expiry date or have packaging defects.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or expired products upon request.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: If the customer changes their mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect Order: If the customer orders the wrong product and does not inform Salt Creations before the order is dispatched.
- Opened Products: If the product has been opened and the customer is dissatisfied with the texture or taste.
For unopened products in their original condition, a partial refund may be offered, provided the customer informs us promptly and agrees to cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Instructions
Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.
No refund requests will be entertained beyond three (3) days from the date of delivery.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected].

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
