This Shipping and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Salt Creations (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers shipping and returns for purchases made through our website, saltcreation.com (“Website”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. These terms are designed to clarify expectations and protect the interests of both parties.
- General Conditions
1.1 Stock Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our Website, occasional discrepancies may occur. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock limitations, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to determine whether you prefer to wait for the backordered items or receive a refund for the unavailable items.
- Shipping Costs
2.1 Calculation of Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value, the items included, and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and collected as part of your order payment.
- Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind, provided the return request is made within three (3) days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and the customer must arrange the return shipment. Once we receive and accept the return, we will process a refund for the value of the returned goods, excluding any shipping charges. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
3.2 Returns Due to Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Please take photographs of the damaged package and share them with us for verification. Upon confirmation of the damage, we will either initiate a return shipment or instruct you to discard the items. Salt Creations will cover the return shipping costs, and the refund will be processed within ten to fifteen (10-15) business days. Upon confirmation of the damage claim, you may choose to either:
(a) Receive a refund to your original payment method, or
(b) Receive a replacement item (subject to stock availability).
- Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically take between two (2) and seven (7) days to arrive.
4.2 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within two (2) business days following payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address

4.5 Out-of-Stock Items
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the cost of the out-of-stock item(s) and proceed with dispatching the remainder of your order.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment using the updates provided by our shipping partner.
- Damaged Parcels
